Hikari City will be hosting the “Hikari Festival” on Friday, September 13th, following Labor Day. This event will recreate a traditional Japanese summer festival. We will have many food stalls and festival games for children to enjoy. Please come dressed in a yukata and join us! We hope this will be an opportunity for cultural exchange between America and Japan.
