If you love seeing people move towards God.
If you have a calling that keeps messing with you to start a new church.
(By the way that’s not normal)
If you are willing to pull back for 18-24 months to be equipped and trained.
If you do not want to walk alone on your church planting journey.
If you love to have fun and be on a staff team that is like family.

You’re a good fit if:

If you have strong organization skills to help assist the church and location pastor
If you have good computer skills with software that is utilized by the church or the ability to learn that quickly from previous experience with something similar
If you have previous experience in a similar role
If you have excellent communication skills
If you have 5 plus years of experience with Quickbook
If your church location is our Lyon location
