About Mile City:

Mile City is an 8 year old church that now meets in 2 locations in 3 different languages. With a vision to help people move towards God.

You’re a good fit if:

• If you love students and want to see them move towards God.
• If you love to recruit, train and lead other leaders to help students move towards God.
• If you love to teach God’s truth to help them move towards God.
• If you love to have fun and be on a staff team that is like family.

We are looking for:

• Character is noteworthy.
• Competency is necessary.
• Chemistry is non negotiable.

• If you have a calling that keeps messing with you to start a new church.
  (By the way that’s not normal)
• If you are willing to pull back for 18-24 months to be equipped and trained.
• If you do not want to walk alone on your church planting journey.
• If you love to have fun and be on a staff team that is like family.

About Mile City:

You’re a good fit if:

• If you have strong organization skills to help assist the church and location pastor
• If you  have good computer skills with software that is utilized by the church or the ability to learn that quickly from previous experience with something similar
• If you have previous experience in a similar role
• If you have excellent communication skills
• If you have 5 plus years of experience with Quickbook 
• If your church location is our Lyon location
