Throughout the Bible and the history that has followed, God has used Young Adults to further the kingdom and be his hands and feet. The Mile City Young Adults community represents an age group within the greater Mile City family of 18-30’s. In the past decades the Church has seen the sharpest dropoff of young people who had grown up in the church, suddenly ‘disappear’ from the seats after High School and we recognize and want to address that. Many churches do! 18-30’s is a pivotal time in anyone’s life during college, dating, and seeking independence. For some, you are away from home, family, and support systems here in South East MI attending college or at a new job.
We see you. We welcome you, have a place for you, and invite you into this community of believers new & seasoned, as well as those with questions and skeptics. Jesus did first, we are just following His lead.
As a Young Adult we hope you’ll choose from one of our 2 locations’ 2 service times weekly, however in addition we hold a once-a-month gathering! Young Adults and Young Adult City Groups gather monthly for a time of connection and community. We pray, worship, look at topics through a biblical lens, and highlight stories of what God is doing in our community and around the world.
Arrive as early as 6:30 to connect with other Young Adults in our lobby, service starts at 7 in the auditorium, and enjoy more time to connect after 8pm in the lobby, usually featuring some light food & drink. Click below for meeting dates!
